Southern Ohio Amateur Radio Association New Meeting location for the Southern Ohio Amateur Radio Association and Lawrence County Amateur Radio Emergency Service Effective, August 19, 2019.
The new address is 715 Lane Street Coal Grove, Ohio 45638 Use the Rear Entrance to access the EOC Meeting Room
Lawrence County Emergency Management Director, Mike Boster, made an announcement about the new meeting location. Mike told us that this month’s SOARA meeting can be held at the New EOC Building in Coal Grove. Directions are go to the Coal Grove exit from US 52. Turn toward the river and proceed the the blinking light. Turn left and continue till the road comes to an end, turn left. The building is on the right after you go under the underpass. The EMA entrance is at the rear of the building. Testing begins at 6:00 pm and the business meeting at 7:00 pm.
